Welcome to FieldVerse. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website, applications, and services (collectively, the "Services"). By using our Services, you agree to these Terms.

Company Accounts

If you are using our Services on behalf of a business, that business accepts these terms. You are responsible for any campaigns you create and for ensuring they comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

Fielder Accounts

As a Fielder, you are an independent contractor, not an employee of FieldVerse. You are responsible for the accuracy and authenticity of the content you submit. You grant FieldVerse and the campaign creator a license to use the content you submit as outlined in the campaign details.

3. Content Submissions

You retain ownership of any intellectual property rights that you hold in the content you submit. When you upload or otherwise submit content to our Services, you give FieldVerse (and those we work with) a worldwide license to use, host, store, reproduce, modify, create derivative works, communicate, publish, publicly perform, publicly display and distribute such content.

4. Payments

Payments for approved submissions will be processed through our platform. FieldVerse is not responsible for any disputes between Companies and Fielders regarding payments, though we may provide mediation services. All transactions are subject to processing fees.

5. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Services are provided "as is." We do not make any specific promises about the Services. For example, we don’t make any commitments about the content within the Services, the specific functions of the Services, or their reliability, availability, or ability to meet your needs.
